Arya Form Builder is a native Botble CMS plugin that lets you build any form without writing code: contact, registration, order, survey, job application and event forms. Forms are fully RTL-ready, support the Jalali (Persian) calendar, connect to Botble’s payment gateways, and notify you by email, Telegram and the admin panel.

• Build forms by dragging and dropping, reorder fields, and set the width of each field.

Field Types

Integrated Payments with Botble

• Connects to Botble’s Payment plugin; every gateway installed on the site is available automatically.
• The amount is calculated from option prices, fixed prices, and quantity × unit price.
• The amount is always calculated on the server and is never accepted from the browser.
• Signed, time-limited payment links, payment status in the submissions list, and a notification after a successful payment.
• Supports IRR, IRT (Toman), USD and EUR.

Notifications & Communication

• Admin panel bell notification, just like Botble’s orders and contact form.
• Email to the admin and a confirmation email to the user, with editable templates and tokens such as {tracking_code} and {all_fields}.
• Two-way Telegram bot: secure pairing with a one-time code, notifications to multiple admins, link button, sending of uploaded files, and replying directly from Telegram, which is emailed to the user.
• Signed JSON webhook (HMAC) for connecting to CRMs and automation tools.

Submission Management

• List with filters for status, form, payment and date (Jalali and Gregorian), plus search.
• Submission detail page with secure file download and signature display.
• Statuses: new, read, replied, archived.
• Reply to the user by email from inside the panel.

Security

• Complete server-side validation (the browser checks are only a convenience).
• Built-in captcha, Cloudflare Turnstile or reCAPTCHA, plus a honeypot and a minimum fill time.
• CSRF token and an encrypted, single-use token.
• DOM-based allow-list HTML sanitizing; uploads stored in private storage with random names and extension and MIME checks.
• Webhook protection against SSRF and request rate limiting.

Requirements

Botble CMS 7.3, PHP 8.3 or higher, and for payments the Botble Payment plugin with at least one gateway. The Telegram webhook requires the site to use HTTPS.
