1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AryaPortal.com or purchasing any services, digital products, or support packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services and Scope of Work

Web Development Projects: Project scopes, milestones, deliverables, and timelines are governed by individual project agreements/proposals provided to the client.

Support & Maintenance Services: Technical support is limited to the scope defined in the purchased support plan. Support does NOT include teaching general code, custom feature development outside the agreement, or fixing third-party tools introduced by the client.

Digital Products & Licensing: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, digital goods (themes, plugins, code bases) are sold under a Single-Domain License. You may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, or share the source code with third parties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary content, UI designs, code frameworks, and branding on AryaPortal.com are the exclusive intellectual property of AryaPortal.

Upon full payment for a custom development project, ownership rights to the bespoke deliverables are transferred to the client as stipulated in the contract.

4. User Obligations & Conduct

You agree not to use our services or products for illegal activities, upload malicious code, violate copyright laws, or attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure. AryaPortal reserves the right to suspend or terminate service without notice in cases of abuse or hostile behavior toward staff.

5. Limitation of Liability

AryaPortal shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including data loss, downtime, or security breaches resulting from third-party plugins, server hosting providers, or client modifications made after project delivery.
